No. You can use the free tier without signing up. An account is only required for Pro features like batch conversion and API access.

Free users can convert files up to 100 MB. Pro plan supports up to 500 MB. Enterprise plan has no file size limit.

Yes. All uploaded files are processed in isolated sandbox containers and automatically deleted after conversion. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transfers.

Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after conversion is complete. You can also manually delete files immediately after downloading.

Yes. All uploads pass through automated virus scanning before conversion begins. Malicious files are rejected and deleted immediately.

No. Each file is assigned a unique, non-guessable identifier. Only you have access to download links. We never share files with third parties.

Yes! The Free plan includes 5 conversions per day with all format pairs. No credit card required.

Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings. Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Enterprise plans support invoicing and bank transfers.

API access is included in the Pro and Enterprise plans. Sign up, upgrade your plan, and generate an API key from your dashboard.

Pro plan includes 1,000 requests per month with up to 5 concurrent jobs. Enterprise plan has unlimited requests and up to 50 concurrent jobs.
